JAM 2013 Application Form/Registration-JAM 2013 Eligibility/Test Schedule/Test Pattern/Test Centres/Admit Card/Syllabus-JAM 2013Old Question Paper/JAM 2013 Brochure 

ELIGIBILITY - For IISc, Bangalore: First class marks       
                            For IITs: At least 55% aggregate marks 
                            Proof of having passed the qualifying degree with the minimum educational qualifications
At the time of admission, all the candidates will have to submit a physical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner.

RESERVED SEATS
: The final seat allotment will be done based on a valid category certificate  submitted along with the application form for admission.
A candidate who seeks admission under SC/ST/OBC category must submit, along with the application form for admission, the requisite certificate should be issued by a competent authority.

TEST SCHEDULE
: The test will be held on 10 February, 2013 in two sessions
  
 I     9:00     a.m.-12:00 noon         BL - Biological Science
                                                    CA     - Computer Applications
                                                    CY     – Chemistry
                                                    GP     - Geophysics
                                                    MS     - Mathematical Statistics



II  2:00     p.m.- 5:00 p.m.        BT     – Biotechnology
                                               GG     – Geology
                                               MA     - Mathematics
                                               PH     - Physics

PATTERN OF TEST PAPERS
- The questions for Biological Sciences (BL), Biotechnology (BT) and Computer Applications (CA) test papers will be objective type. There will be negative marking for wrong answers to the objective type questions in BL, BT and CA test papers. Candidates will get negative 1/3 for a wrong answer. Each objective type question carries 02 marks for the correct answer and -0.50 marks for a wrong answer.

ADMIT CARD
- An Admit Card can be applied online. It bears the candidate’s name, registration number, photograph, signature, category as declared by the candidate, and code(s) of the test paper(s) applied along with the name and address of the test centre allotted. The admit card will be sent through speed post/ registered post.
